Assistant/Associate Professor of English and Director of Writing Across the Curriculum

St. Norbert College (www.snc.edu) invites applications for a tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor of English and Director of Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC). PhD in rhetoric and composition or literature required. The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership for an integrated WAC program in a liberal arts context. Duties as Director of Writing Across the Curriculum include training faculty, coordinating and assessing writing throughout the curriculum, collaborating with the writing center director, and chairing the WAC advisory committee. A desire to teach at the undergraduate level and an active scholarly agenda are essential. Teaching duties include one to two courses per semester in writing, literature, and/or the core curriculum.
