The Department of Romance Languages and Literatures is seeking to appoint a full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer (Assistant Teaching Professor) in French and Francophone language and culture in a dynamic undergraduate program committed to innovation and teaching excellence. This is a renewable position beginning in August 2021. The number of teaching hours will depend on enrollments, but normal teaching load will be 4/4 (12/12 credit hours).
 
ACTFL OPI Advanced High or Superior or equivalent in French and English essential, as is extensive experience teaching French courses at the university level. MA in French linguistics, language pedagogy, or related field required; PhD is preferred.
