Assistant Professor in Asian American, Pacific Rim, & Transnational Asian Literature and Culture

The Department of English at Emory University, Atlanta, GA, invites applications for a tenure track, Assistant Professor position in the area of Asian American, Pacific Rim, & Transnational Asian Literature and Culture.  Successful candidates for this position will present strong evidence of excellence in research and teaching, and have the Ph. D in hand by the start date. Interest in one or more of the following is desirable: experimental genres, aesthetics, digital humanities, disability studies, environmental studies, and the theories and politics of race and ethnicity.

The 4-course per year teaching load includes courses in undergraduate composition, general education requirements, upper-level classes for majors, and graduate seminars.
