Adjunct Faculty (Part-time) for the Core Curriculum

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Cooper Union is actively accepting submissions from qualified candidates to teach in the Core Curriculum. We seek an active, culturally diverse faculty of the highest caliber with an academic background in the humanities or social sciences: anthropology, history, literature, sociology, philosophy, and political science. A demonstrated record of teaching is required.

Qualifications:

PhD degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent and demonstrated strong teaching record required. Salary and rank are commensurate with experience. This is a unionized position.
