Louisiana State University, Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, invites applications for a Spanish Language Coordinator at the rank of Instructor to begin August 2021. This is a non-tenure track position.
Job Responsibilities: Teach beginning and intermediate language classes; supervise and train graduate teaching assistants.
Required Qualifications: Master's or equivalent degree in Spanish or related area; expertise in language pedagogy; fluency in Spanish; strong commitment to teaching.
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics or Second Language Acquisition; language coordination experience.
