Assistant Professor of Spanish

 

Tenure-track Assistant Professor, fall 2021. Ph.D. in Spanish or related field required by September 1, 2021. Evidence of ability to teach Spanish from the elementary to advanced levels required. The ideal candidate will be a generalist who is devoted to undergraduate teaching. In their letter of applications, candidates must address their experience in advising student organizations, supervising study abroad, and how they maintain a research agenda while teaching twelve credits per semester. Candidates should also indicate their willingness to work as a member of a team and serve on committees. Native or near-native level of Spanish required.
