Teaching Postdoctoral Position in English Composition and Literature

The Department of English and Philosophy invites applications for 1 two-year teaching postdoctoral position in English (July 2021 – May 2023). The salary range for this position is between $74,985 and $77,348. The typical teaching load is 4/4. Candidates should hold a PhD (awarded not earlier than May 2019) or expect to earn it shortly in English or comparative literature. They must demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate education, and the capacity to teach core-curriculum courses in literature and composition. Candidates must be willing to teach diverse literatures and genres in the core literature course.
