Visiting Assistant Professor of Spanish / Latin American Focus

One-year, non-tenure track appointment --with possibilities for renewal-- to begin August 16, 2021 and to conclude on May 15th, 2022. Ph.D. in Spanish required with a specialty in Latin America to teach undergraduate Spanish at all levels, with possibilities for the Latin America & Caribbean Studies and the M. Ed. in Languages programs.

Teaching load 4-4. At least two years of full-time teaching experience is required, preferably in Spanish. Service contributions in the department are expected. Requires native or near-native fluency in Spanish, and strong command of English.
