Assistant Professor of Instruction in Italian

Northwestern University’s Department of French and Italian invites applications for a full time, renewable, three-year appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction in Italian, to begin September 1, 2022. The successful candidate will work with existing faculty in Italian and teach at the elementary and intermediate levels of language. Native or near-native proficiency in Italian and in English and prior experience in teaching Italian as FL/L2 required. PhD or ABD in Italian or in a related field preferred.
