California State University, Sacramento seeks applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank in Mexican Literature and Culture, with a strong secondary specialization in Latin American Colonial literature. Duties include: teaching courses ranging from elementary to advanced Spanish language to undergraduate and graduate courses on Mexican literature, culture, and colonial literature; engaging in scholarly activities; advising students; and providing service to the department, college, campus, and community.
