The Department of English at Olivet Nazarene University seeks applicants for a full-time position as Assistant or Associate Professor of English. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in English with specialization in Composition and Rhetoric, with experience leading composition and writing programs. Preference will be given to applicants with graduate coursework and teaching experience in creative writing and/or professional communication. Primary teaching responsibilities include first and second year composition and upper division writing courses, both professional and creative. Additional responsibilities may include leadership of composition and writing programs, student advising, and service on department and university committees.
