Two Instructors of German, The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa

 

The Department of Modern Languages and Classics at the University of Alabama invites applications for two full-time, three-year German instructor positions to begin August 16, 2022. The applicant will be expected to teach undergraduate German courses at first through fourth-year levels. Literary/cultural specialization open.

Successful candidates will possess native or near-native fluency in German and English and must demonstrate successful teaching at the university level. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in German in hand by August 15, 2022, and who have an ongoing research agenda.
