The Humanities Institute is a non-profit organisation dedicated to free, online postgraduate research. We seek to hire qualified scholars to write short articles for its online library, which covers the main fields in the humanities across the globe (see humanitiesinstitute.org). Each scholar will select topics from his or her speciality (in consultation with the Senior Editor) and write articles (c. 3-5,000 words) that describe and analyze that topic (e.g., a Japanese film, a Nigerian novel or the visual arts of Iran). The number of topics and duration of employment is open-ended, subject to quality control exercised by the Humanities Institute. Applicants should send a CV and short letter (outlining the fields and topics they would like to cover) to Dr Stuart Blackburn (firstname.lastname@example.org).
