The Department of English at Belmont University is seeking applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The deadline to apply is September 30, 2023. Job responsibilities include teaching undergraduate composition and undergraduate and graduate literature courses. Demonstrated excellence in teaching required. The ideal candidate will have a specialty in Non-Western and/or Postcolonial Literature.  Additional consideration given to candidates who can teach British Literature, 1800-present.
