Assistant Professor of English

Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of English invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Medieval Studies. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in medieval literatures and other courses in the English curriculum; conducting an appropriate program of research/scholarly activity; academic advising students and other forms of service.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate in English or related field from an accredited university by August 8, 2023

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ph.D. in English
Secondary qualifications in Shakespeare Studies, History of the Book, and/or knowledge of XML with interest and experience in digital archival/digital humanities projects.
