Assistant Professor of American Sign Language

Wichita State University has exciting opportunity for an Assistant Professor of American Sign Language (ASL) to lead in the development of a new ASL degree program; teach classes related to the ASL degree; and participate in curriculum development and activities related to the creation of this new program.  Applicants must be committed to fostering an inclusive environment and promoting the success of underrepresented students.   The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences has developed a budget specifically for this position and there is great anticipation as we launch this much needed degree program.
