The Department of International Languages & Cultures at St. Mary’s College of Maryland is accepting applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Spanish, beginning August 2023. Teaching responsibilities will include three courses per semester on the elementary and intermediate levels.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Spanish or related field and be committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Area of specialization open. An interest in attracting and retaining students from underrepresented groups is desirable. The successful candidate must produce the necessary documentation to legally work in U.S. upon hire.
