Advanced Assistant or Associate Professor of Creative Writing

The English Department at Binghamton University invites applications for a Poet at the advanced assistant or associate professor level. The candidate should have at least one published book of poetry and a significant number of journal publications. This position will entail teaching primarily poetry workshops at the undergraduate and graduate level, though the ability to also teach the study and craft of poetry is preferred. The candidate will administer the creative writing program within the English department and should have appropriate administrative experience. While not required, experience in teaching and publications in fiction and creative non-fiction are preferred.
