Assistant Professor of English

Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of English invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Rhetoric and Composition. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in writing, rhetoric, professional writing, and other courses in the English curriculum; conducting an appropriate program of research/scholarly activity; and academic advising and other services as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate in English or a related field from an accredited university by August 13, 2024

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ph.D. in English from an accredited university by August 13, 2024
Experience with the National Writing Project invited but not required.
