The Professorship of Spanish is one of the flagship established chairs of the School of Arts and Humanities and one of the pre-eminent chairs in Hispanism in the UK. The faculty seeks a world-class academic with the ability to engage in ground-breaking research, to motivate and support their colleagues, and to inspire the next generation. They will be a figurehead not just for Cambridge Hispanic Studies, but for the discipline as a whole.
