Francis Marion University and the English, Modern Languages, and Philosophy department invite applications for a full-time, non-tenure track position, renewable at the discretion of the University for two additional years. M.A., M.F.A., or Ph.D. in English required. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to and experience in teaching composition and will be expected to teach in the first-year composition sequence (with the possibility of teaching an introductory-level course in literature or business communication). The teaching load is twelve hours per semester.
