The Department of English at MTSU invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of English in Early American Literature. The successful candidate will teach and propose courses for undergraduate and graduate students in American literature pre-1865 and will teach courses in MTSU’s general education curriculum as well as the required survey course in American literature for English majors.
