We use the textbook Proyectos for all our language courses.
Lecturers are reviewed in their third year of full-time service, with the possibility for reappointment and consideration for promotion in the seventh year; subsequent reviews typically occur on a seven-year cycle. The exact instructional assignments and other academic responsibilities are determined by the Chair or Director.
Required Skills/Qualifications: PhD or Masters Degree with primary or substantial focus on Teaching Spanish as a Second or Foreign Language. Experience with content-based and student-centered methodologies.
