Assistant Professor Spanish Two-Year Term (Start Fall 2025)

The Department of Spanish invites applications for a two-year term contract with the possibility of renewal appointment beginning Fall 2025. Assistant Professor (Ph.D.) preferred; Instructor (ABD) or Associate Professor possible. Open Specialization. The teaching load of five courses over two semesters will include Beginning Spanish, Intermediate Spanish, and Introduction to Textual Analysis.  Term contract renewals are subject to departmental and college priorities and budget availability.  The Spanish Department highly values and is strongly committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive teaching and scholarly environment through our focus on linguistic and cultural competency and global engagement.
